Here at OpenDoorMugerwafoundation we are driven by a single goal; to let the Dreams come true for the little children’s in Uganda and help the old people in the community l. Our decision making process is informed by comprehensive empirical charity’s around the country and high quality data evaluation. " in the palisa district of eastern uganda, girl children exprience a variety of difficulties. some of the biggest difficulties are as follows. limited acces to healthcare;the district's girls may not have easy easy acces to reproductive and maternity healthcare. they may be at risk for health issues during pregnancy and labor as a result.
